New Policy & Procedure

In line with the new government safety regulations, we have updated the clinics client protocols policy to ensure we maintain our standard of health and well being when providing aesthetic, skincare and beauty treatments in our clinic. 

In order to protect the safety of clients and our staff we ask that All clients MUST follow our new guidelines when booking and attending appointments.

Changes to Booking:
ALL bookings are considered as PENDING until the following has been performed:

  • New clients are required to fill in our online consultation form

  • ALL appointments will require a virtual consultation at least 48 hours before you attend the clinic.

  • ALL clients are required to fill in the digital COVID19 consent form which also includes the treatment advisory consent before attending the appointment 24hrs before.

Changes to your appointment:
To make your visit to the clinic as enjoyable as possible we ask that you arrive 10 minutes in advance. In order to adhere to the 2 metre social distance we ask that you do not approach the clinic, instead please text the clinic and we will let you in.

  • ALL clients must wear a face mask when attending the clinic

  • Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the clinic

  • Walk in will not be permitted, only clients with confirmed appointments will be seen!

Changes to the clinic:
Please note that our practitioners will be dressed as you remember in gloves and a face mask, but we have slightly updated our wardrobe to now include full PPE gowns and hazard masks. 

* If you do not feel well enough for your appointment or have developed symptoms of Covid19 please do the right thing and stay at home and self isolate. Contact your GP if symptoms persist.
